Return Process

  Log into your SPARIFY account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
